Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

- 3 cups cantaloupe cut into bite-size chunks
- 3 cups watermelon cut into bite-size chunks
- 2 cups green or red grapes or combination
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsps honey
- Juice from one lime
- ½ jalapeno pepper chopped
- lime zest from one lime
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
In a large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, watermelon, and grapes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, and lime juice. Stir in the finely chopped jalapeño and lime zest.

Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring once or twice to redistribute the dressing.
Just before serving, add the sliced kiwi and toss gently to combine.
Serve chilled with a slotted spoon.
