Notes

Notes & Tips
Use ripe strawberries. The sweetness and flavor of your strawberries will determine how vibrant the dressing tastes.
Frozen strawberries work too. Thaw completely and drain any excess liquid before blending so the dressing doesn’t become watery.
Adjust sweetness to taste. If your strawberries are very sweet, you may need less honey. If they’re tart, add a little more.
Try different vinegars. If you don’t have white balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar or rice vinegar both work well.
Blend basil last. Adding the basil after the other ingredients helps preserve its fresh flavor and bright green color.
Shake before serving. Natural separation may occur in the refrigerator—just shake or stir the dressing before using.
Make it spicy (optional). The sriracha adds a subtle heat that balances the sweetness, but the dressing is still delicious without it.
