While the Sweet Chili Lime Sauce is simmering, using a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for the Creamy Thai Peanut Sauce. Whisk until smooth. If desired, heat in microwave for about 30 seconds to soften peanut butter, if lumpy. *See notes regarding peanut butter. Once combined and smooth, set aside while wings get baked.
½ cup chunky or creamy peanut butter, 2 Tbsps hot water, ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 Tbsp honey, ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Season the Wings
In a small bowl, stir together the paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, chili powder, and cayenne. Toss the wings with the oil, then coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Position an oven rack in the center of the oven.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then place them in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil over the wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the seasoning mixture and toss again until evenly coated.
